Major Highlights till March, 2011

• Coverage in Awareness Camps [57]:  3000 weavers.
• Number of SHGs formed: 51 [Coverage 810 weavers] 11 SHGs got credit worth of Rs 9.10 lakhs.
• Formation of consortiums: 3 viz; Barabanki Hathkargha Vikas Sansthan [Coverage 700 weavers] for marketing. Barabanki Bunkar Vikas Sansthan [Coverage 150 weavers] for production & Hathkargha Bunkar Sewa Sansthan Registered under society Act for CFC operations.
• Bank Linkage & Credit Disbursement : Rs. 9.10 lakhs [110 weavers]
• Dyeing Workshops: 30 Dyers Workshop were conducted. Total 950 dyers participated. 
• New Design & Product Development: 176 new designs & Products were developed 137 designs given to SHG's weavers for fabric development.
• Sales realization: RS. 42.76 lakhs Order & sales through 34 Exhibitions & Buyer. In addition, the following orders were also received- 15000 pcs per month till January 2011; 50,000 pcs for Arafat, Scarves; 40.000 pcs for an exporter at Delhi.
• Dye House up-gradation: Up gradation of Two Dye house completed at Barabanki and it is operational. Another four more Dye houses were examined by Shri SC Jain and TRP of Barabanki Cluster.
• Yarn Supply: 11 cycles of yarn completed worth Rs 55.00 Lakhs. Coverage of weavers-1050. Ideal Co-operative Socity.
• Handloom mark Workshops: 5 Handloom mark workshops with 309 weavers participated.
• Training on Export Procedures: 8 Training programmes on Export Procedures Conducted benefiting 1573 weavers.
• Design Workshops: Design Clinics were held in 6 villages to make the weavers competent to design the products by themselves.
• Fund Utilization: Year 2006-07 to 2010-11
